Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
Prices are subject to change at anytime.
We try to process all orders within three (3) working days of receipt of the order.
If you wish to pay with money order/cashier check please contact us to get a total of your order including shipping.
We are PROUD to ship:
Due to the current volume of business, we are shipping most orders within three (3) working days.
- When purchasing with our online shopping cart, shipping and handling charges will be added to your order when we ship it. The charges will NOT show up on the order page. All orders are subject to a $3.00 shipping and handling fee, above the freight charges.
- UPS REGULAR SHIPPING; We ship ALL orders via UPS Ground within the continental United States.
- UPS FASTER SHIPPING; Other faster shipping methods via UPS are available; UPS 3 days, 2 days, and 1 day. Please make note of your preferred shipping method in the comment area while placing your order.
- OUT SIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES; We ship the least expensive way via UPS out side the continental United States. IF you wish us to ship via the United States Post Office, we can but… this could delay your package being shipped for up to two weeks. Please advise which shipping method you would like in the comment area while placing your order.
- FEDEX; If you would like to use FedEx, you will need to give us your FedEx account number in order to ship. Please advise which FEDEX shipping method you would like to use. If not noted the least expensive way will be shipped. Please make note of your preferred shipping method in the comment area while placing your order.
Cancellations must be done with in 24 hours of the time that the order is placed
If you cancel your order after 24hours you are subject to a 15% cancellation fee
To cancel your order please call (562) 427-2375 or email us with the following information:
- Your name or company name in which the order was placed under
- Day time telephone number
- Your Order number
All exchanges must be done within 30 days and in the original package.
We will not except items that have been used, damaged or tampered with.
All exchanges must have a copy of the original sales invoice.
All returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of item and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All warranties are covered by original manufacture warranties only. Prices are subject to change at anytime.
